A highly -skilled, flexible workforce is recognised as an essential factor, in most successful companies. This workshop will include input from two companies, whose investment in key areas of the workforce has resulted in increased profitability, even in this tough economic environment.

The workshop will also look at the recent surge in the use of Apprenticeships and why more and more companies are investing in young people, despite uncertainty over the future.

2:30pm - Cutting the costs of business and reducing your carbon footprint - delivered by REV ACTIVE

A look at real business examples that show how companies have already managed to save tens of thousands and at the same time substantially reduced their carbon footprint. This is a great opportunity to pick up some tips to how you could start saving money for your business and how you can access the support and advice that is available. The presentation will also highlight some of the grants, funding and interest free loans that are available to Norfolk businesses.
