FREE PRE EVENT EXHIBITOR WORKSHOP
Free to attend exhibitors workshop. This informal workshop will offer expert advice on how to realize the maximum potential from your stand space on the day, particularly if you are new to exhibiting. STAND DETAILS
- WI-FI is available at the venue
- Includes access to an electric socket, table and a chair
- Size of space: W: 3 metres D: 2 metres H: 2.47 metres

COST OF STAND SPACE
Norfolk Chamber Members - : £350 + VAT
Non Members - : £450 + VAT
Please note that a non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required on all stand bookings. Stand bookings will only be confirmed when both the booking form and deposit have been received.
Cancellation: Payment will still be required unless cancellation is received in writing by 20 September 2010. All deposits are non refundable.
SET UP TIME
Access from 07:30am. All stands to be ready by 10:30am at the latest.
DOWN TIME
To maintain a professional approach it is requested that stands are not dismantled before the end of the exhibition which is 5pm. Those dismantling before this time may not be allowed to exhibit at future exhibitions. Exhibitors are requested to remove their stand/material from the NCFC on the 20 October 2010.
STAND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking confirmation will be sent to you within 14 days of receiving your booking form.
